What can I do with pepper steak cut meat that's not actually pepper steak but can be a nice main?

Make a nice Asian beef dish.
Brown meat, with garlic and salt. Add some liquid, bring to a bubble, lower heat, cover and simmer 2.5 hours, adding more water as needed. Once beef is tender, add snow peas and baby corn and stir fry. Then add a great Asian sauce (honey, soy, water, cornstarch, ginger) and bubble until thickened.

Beef and broccoli
Velvet beef in cornstarch and soy sauce
Stir fry and minced garlic and ginger
Add broccoli
Season with soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar
Serve garnished with sesame seeds and scallions
