What is a healthy breakfast that is good for weight loss that is easy to bring to work?

In general, how much breakfast should one eat if they want to lose weight? I know they say not to skip breakfast. But how big should breakfast be?

I bring 2 hard boiled eggs to work. I peel and salt and eat at my desk. I also keep whole wheat bread in the freezer and I toast that. Or I eat a packet of plain warm instant oatmeal (I keep a box at work).

Gluten free banana muffin or banana bread. You can make a batch on a Sunday and have one every day.

Do you have access to a microwave? You can make eggs at home and just heat them up at work. Or have hard boikled eggs. Or full fat plain yogurt with some vanilla or berries. Or cottage cheese (not low fat) with sour cream.
Or chicken if you want. No one says you can't eat meat for breakfast. Eat enough to fill you and keep you satisfied until lunch or later.

Greek yogurt and berries and granola

Hummus and carrot and celery sticks

Toast with can of tuna and water and salad

Smoothie

I go to Shaindy Oberlander. She’s super helpful with setting you up and making you a plan that feels good and healthy.

You can make banana bread with oat flour and no sugar, very healthy and full of fiber.

Check the ingredients - many protein bars are loaded with sugar.

Why not skip breakfast? You can wait till lunch. It's called intermittent fasting - go from 8pm-noon without eating (drinking water and black coffee or tea is OK, just no calories). Then have a super yummy salad for lunch with your favorite veggies and seeds and nuts.
