I don't work in a super ritzy school but I have a number of wealthy parents...they give anywhere from 100-200 some even go up to 300 but that's not at all typical.
(Not expected, hold your fire! Just answering the question)

I figured I can give 100 per morah and therapist/para. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t looking too cheap. Thank you

A gift, is a gift.
Give what you can afford.
No amount is considered cheap. It means you're showing appreciation, while still staying within budget.
If you're someone who's trying to show off, then no amount will be enough...
And if one cannot afford a monetary amount, a nice card goes a long way too.
