I’m clearly from a different planet. My bedding is from Costco.
So I guess if you thought you wanted to use my guest suite for your simcha company, you should reconsider and send them elsewhere.

I bought beautiful master linen 8 years ago at elegant linen. I had to replace the sheets a while ago. The duvet starting to shred at the edges as well. I only use one set and wash weekly, so I think this is normal wear and tear. The same linen set would be some much more expensive now, I'm waiting until I'm desperate to buy new

Those seem like crazy prices. I've had bed linen that has lasted for many years that didn't cost anywhere near that amount and feels just fine.

The cheaper sets also crease terribly. |
Im married just under 20 years. Never spent a lot on linrn. Nothing creases and I have yet to have to replace any of my linen.
For what reasons would one have to replace, other thsn if something wripped?

Based on the poll results, most people agree that expensive European linen is a better idea.
Im still so unsure because a lot of the comments said to go with the cheaper linen.

I dont know why you need to go from cheap china to $600 or $700.
I love the sets from luxury linen brand they range in $400 to $500 They are super soft and silky and hold up really well.

I bought my linen and quilt from Target. 400 thread count, 100% cotton. It's delicious and cool to sleep on.

I think those might be made in China, I'm not 100% sure though. I wonder if I just have a negative connotation to Chinese products, or if they are really worse quality than linen manufactured in other countries.

No duvet, I sleep with an embroidered quilt.

I think my Boll and Branch sheets are middle of the road
I happen to not love the designs on the jewish store sheets, prefer the classic plain look, and the are so so soft and comfortable
