It's amaizng. I finished it today. Solid read. I think it’s appropriate for a 50 ye old especially if she likes hashkafa and self help

No. It’s not like that at all. It’s about her story and how she learnt to build her self esteem and how you can be more and create a meaningful life

I think it's more geared more towards women in their 20's-40's, but I can see a 50 year-old enjoying it as well.
