FIG Phone Woes

This phone is seriously painful. 😖

It shows I have 43 voicemails. I called my voicemail (long pressed 1) but then it asks for my mailbox number. There’s nothing in the manual. Nada. I’ve tried every combination of numbers, to no avail. I haven’t set anything up yet; there were no instructions in the box.

I’ve called and left voicemails asking them for help. No response. I’ve texted the customer service number. They responded 3 days later and told me to press 1 for voicemail. Uh…duh. I texted back that that wasn’t my question. Crickets. Meanwhile, the number of voicemails goes up.

I made the mistake of buying it online so I have no recourse here. Never mind that I need to listen to those voicemails.

Any ideas?

I could be wrong but are you sure it's a FIG problem and not a carrier problem?

You need to call Verizon or whoever your service provider is. They’re the ones that can help you set up a pin and access your messages.

but my code was the last four digits of my phone number without setting anything up.

WHen I got this phone I couldnt figure out how to access my voicemails. until I did
you need to CALL YOUR PHONE NUMBER

The voicemail number is always your phone number, she can't find her password.

I'm really frustrated. The phone broke shortly after buying and their service leaves lots to be desired. Impossible to reach them.

My phone broke. I mailed it to them ( I live oot).
It took them an entire month to fix!

Anyone know how to remove the flashing red light that indicates unread texts? It says I have 22 but I read them all!

Also,.after one use of Waze all my data is gone??!!

Couldn't activate it. Took it into the store and they asked me for another 75 bucks!

Yes, check the archived messages in your phone. you must have archived them and left unread? I have unlimited data so wouldnt know about that. Us mobile has 8 dollar plans with unlimited data-

I don't know a single person who bought it and didn't have issues with it after a few weeks. And yes they charge $75 to fix a phone that broke soon after buying for a few hundred dollars. Then people wonder why we don't want to support Jewish companies. They should be ashamed of themselves and refund everyone who bought this piece of junk.
