DH has a smart phone, he wants to get rid of it. (Yay!) He wants a kosher phone but wants it to have WhatsApp and Waze, maybe Uber. I want to get it asap now that it's finally happening lol, anyone have a recommendation? I have a flip phone, never had a smart phone, don't know anything about phones.

I have the qin which has WhatsApp, Waze email etc.
It can have all the features of a smartphone but the screen is the size of a kosher phone so not comfortable to use.

Look into the CAT. Not positive but it's a flip that can have apps.... Maybe pretty much still a smart phone though.
Alternatively, the fig has Waze but not Whatsapp, which can be put on a computer

You're more or less describing a qin! you can get them on ali for a great price. it will need to be tagged or filtered but you can opt to keep apps and get uber etc.
