I made cupcakes for a Simcha that I’m freezing. I want to put icing on top. Can I put the icing on before I freeze?
Icing is confectioners sugar and almond milk

Nope. It will melt into a mess. You can measure out the dry ingredients now to save yourself the mess next time.

I don't have a lot of experience with this, but we decorate (is frosting & icing the same) b4 freezing &, so long as they aren't touching other things/getting smooshed, they've been fine

Regular icing doesn't hold in a freezer.
It can't take the temperature changes.
