I use a 9×13 pan. Line with parchment paper. Add 1-2 cups uncle Ben's long grain rice. Put chicken bottoms over it. Sprinkle salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika generously. Drizzle olive oil over the bottoms. Add 2-3 cups water to the pan. Bake covered 400 for 2 hours.
