Fatty meat

I made a huge corn beef today and it's super fatty. the taste is ok but so so much fat throughout the grain. any way to salvage it ? so disappointing

I wish I had that on my corned beef. It will rewarm amazing, stay succulent and tasty.

Did you slice it yet?
If not, can you shreds it like pulled beef and serve it that way in the sauce. That would enable you to remove a lot of the fat prior to serving.

yes sliced and tasted and you are literally eating chunks of fat.. .
