We have a flanken dish in the oven that will be officially done cooking in about 1/2 hour.
But flanken can benefit from more time plus it will take too long to cool off before bed.
What is the lowest SAFE temperature we can keep it to keep cooking in the oven all night long?
thanks!

If it's done cooking and you just want it to stay warm overnight keep it at 170.
