I started slicing when it got cold but it's way too rare for us. What can I do???

Put in oven at low temp with meat thermometer til it reaches the level of doneness you prefer.

250-300.. keep an eye on it. I’m not an expert, but this is what I would do. I humbly defer to any better advice from imas who have more expertise with this.
