It mentions the name of the org, right at the end of the chapter. Can't recall the name off-hand but it's definitely the one Rikki works for. I'm guessing that Peri and Rikki knew each other back in school and Rikki will know it's from Peri....

She corresponds with peri who writes how husband isnt intersted in her
Rikki realises its her and cries on the way home
her husband sees shes down and wants to go out to life up her mood
She starts feeling ill again
