Please help with suggestions of places that fit the below criteria..even if it doesn’t check all the boxes.
Mix of different types of Jews ( some chasidim also)
Warm climate most of the year
Suburban or country-like
Warm and accepting
Friendly
Houses/backyards have privacy

Don't know about the "backyards having privacy"--most of the neighborhoods I've been to are developments and not a lot of privacy.

I was thinking more like Baltimore/Silver Spring

But not sure about the Chassdim.

How is Baltimore suburban? It’s very inner city feel. Crowded, small houses. Not very country like.

Chicago except for Dec-March has a very nice blend of suburban and urban. Meets your criteria. Most people here have a house/town house with a yard even for those who rent most apartments are 2/3 stories with back yards and we have a LOT of parks that are full of families. Its friendly and have every type of person here.

Baltimore has chassidim!
Rabbi Eichenstein’s shul in Greenspring and a few shuls in Park Heights. Rabbi Kostelitz also has a shul in Park Heights and in Ranchleigh. Lubavitch also has shuls. And yeshiva and cheder and girls school etc.

Baltimore. You can get up to a half acre lot depending on how much money you’re willing to spend

Johannesburg would be perfect except for the Chassidim, unless you count Chabad as Chassidish

Another option, if you’re OK with the climate, would be the newer areas around Monsey (Haverstraw, New City etc).

It's been a while since I was in Baltimore, but to me it had a more grassy feel. Close to the city, but not like Brooklyn.
