I bought that elastic thread from Shein before the war (since then I've been boycotting them). It did work nicely, I fixed up the necklines on a bunch of tops and shirts of mine.
Edited to add, to avoid Shein, maybe you can ask for elastic thread in some local, non-Jewish arts and crafts or sewing supplies/taylor shop, if such shops exist where you live. |
Can you perhaps please recommend how wide the elastic should be? I want to order from Temu but am clueless as to the correct width/thickness.

I bought the ez elastic on Amazon before the summer but it was quite difficult.. I never finished my tshirts and wasn’t able to get full use of them 
I would love to still fix it but it’s quite complicated
Edited- it was probably complicated for me because I had to take in a bit more than just a little..
