I mixed canned salmon with eggs, bread crumbs, onion (diced really tiny), salt, pepper and put it in puff pastry. Brushed honey (made it taste unbelievable!) on pastry and baked uncovered on 350 until golden. I got the recipe from cookielady (I think she made it up) so for more exact measurements, you can pm her.
It was a big hit!
