Definitely go to Lenny's Casita but don't go for lunch and then Tierra Sur that same evening - we made that mistake, we were both sooo stuffed from lunch that we could barely stomach dinner and it all looked amazing  I was pregnant but still had a great experience even if I didn't drink. Come to think of it I guess my husband didn't drink either since he was driving.

Adventure City in Anaheim is an amusement park just for little kids, not sure a 2 year old will appreciate, I haven't been in a while so check their website
Underwood family farms makes for a great day trip with a toddler
The giant splash pad at Grand Park downtown is also another fun activity with a toddler
Not sure if it was mentioned, but Pretend City is fantastic for that age
