For those of you who need to swallow pills on Tisha Bav and Yom Kippur, and can't dry swallow,
what did a Rav tell you to do?
Do you swallow with a small amount of regular water? or salt water? or ???

A rav told me for Yom Kippur that I should take it with less than an ounce of bitter tea. My husband made the tea before Yom Kippur and lol he took the term bitter to the next level!!
I don’t think he asked for Tisha bav, just told me to take it with a drop of water

Dont fast the minor fasts and take pill as usual.
Ask a shaila re YK and TB. Tisha Bav is much more lenient than YK.

I was told this as well... so I taught myself how to dry swallow leading up to the fast.. now a skill for life.

I took with a bit of water for TB. And I was able to take at a different time for YK

I swallow with spit on full fast days. I have a friend who was pregnant with twins and her Rav had her take pills with vinegar.

With less than an ounce of water.
When I needed multiple pills I just waited and took the rest with another ounce.
