Do you have special chair or barstool/setup that enables you to cook while off your feet? High seat? What works for you?

The only thing I can think of is when I have a lot of veggies or fruits to peel or cut, I wash everything and then set it all out on the table with bowls, cutting board, knife, bag for the peels etc and I do it sitting down instead of spending all that time standing

I had a bar stool at one point for sitting by counters. Now I would work at my kitchen table. As previous poster says, I prepare the table for a session-bowl with water, peeler etc and then sit down.
Also avoid anything that takes longer than a few minutes to prep. Betweencarpools 9x13 type meals or sheetpan dinners are good for that.

I use a bar stool type of chair which is in my kitchen. Bh in my 9th month and recently been using it a lot whether prepping or stirring pots, shaping challah etc.
