Warm chocolate cake or brownie, or apple cake/crisp, with a scoop of ice cream on the side. Drizzle with syrup.
Like the previous poster’s idea, this is easy to plate and serve as you go

Use these jars or similar- layer of chocolate cake, then mousse then whipped cream. Can freeze in jars and take out to defrost before sheva brachos starts

Make gooey caramel pies from overtimecook.com
Bake them in disposable ramekins (tons of colors and options on Amazon and Ali).
Freeze.
Day of take out of the freezer.
During main course, put them on a hot plate or warm up in the oven.
Serve with vanilla ice cream and berries on the side.
