Any good recipes?
Thanks

Layer pieces of chocolate on bottom
On top of that layer chocolate chip cookie dough ( homemade or bought for super easy dessert)
Marshmallow on top
Bake , not sure how long because I did mini pies , until marshmallows look golden ?
Serve with ice cream
Or look up lotus ice cream pie on kosher.com

Made a fudge/cookie/brookie type of cake from overtime cook.
or tollhouse cookie pie.
Serve both warm with ice cream.
Apple crumble. Use sliced apples or canned apples with crumble on top. Serve warm for dessert.
Custard pie. Bake empty. Smear bottom with melted chocolate. Fill with store bought custard. Decorate with kiwi, pomegranate, peach, blueberry, ant fruit right before serving.
