I want to make this for a party. Two questions-
- can I just do cake, whip, and frozen strawberries?
- can I freeze these in advance or will they get soggy?
Please advise asap.

Yes you can freeze in advance, I’d do a layer of cake (can be store bought) a layer of whip a layer of strawberry sauce (blended strawberries with some sugar) and then another layer of cake, whip and then you can do the fresh strawberries. (Fresh strawberries should probably be added once defrosted otherwise you can just do cut frozen but that will probably be slightly soggy)
