Any ideas Where in the US we can go. Would love a warm place we can rent a house with at least 13 bedrooms. We did Florida many times and Virginia beach, and Arizona.

Where in Utah? Is there any minyan? (We can make our own if necessary) What is there to do?

Look in Brian Head and St George
No minyan
Everything to do is outdoors, it's near Zion National Park. Stunning scenery
And 2-3 hour drive from Las Vegas if you want to drive in and get kosher food
