I’m thinking of renting my house (Monsey) out for sukkos. Has anyone ever done this and can guide me?
What is the average going rate for a 5-6 bedroom house with a nice backyard? House is not newly redone, but nice condition. Large porch for sukkah, with awning.
What do I need to know beforehand?
Do I need to give the master bedroom, or can I lock that? Do I need to empty all closets and drawers?
Any reasons I should reconsider and not rent out?
