What's not too expensive?
An 11 bedroom in Tom's river is going for 8k for one week (not second days)

Well 2 years ago we had a 10 bedroom for about $5000 for full sukkos.
So expecting to pay a little more but hopefully not much more. And we need 13 bedrooms. Thanks
