I am mostly feeling better from Covid but very shaky and faint when walking around. Feels like the whole room is spinning. Any ideas to help regain strength?

Oy. Refuah sheleima my dear. I think you should keep hydrated all the time and try to check your blood pressure often if you can.
I have this every time I get into the car. It’s all due to the virus. The drs suggested tapping therapy. It doesn’t cost anything and you can just google it. I tried it, it worked somewhat. I’m no Dr- but ask yours- maybe it will work. Refuah sheleima

You can just google tapping therapy and your symptoms. Like anxiety and tapping therapy. It really works for some.

Thanks! I have been drinking a lot, but still having a lot of diarrhea / upset stomach so I am sure that’s not helping with staying hydrated.
