My daughter had COVID back in 2020 and a big symptom for her was low back pain. Every so often when she sits for too long or sometimes just randomly the pain returns. It could last for a while. Has anyone dealt with this? Could it be something that needs to be checked out? Would a chiropractor help for this?

I had lower back pain when I had COVID back in 2020 and I did physical therapy to help get rid of it. A chiropractor can help too, but I find physical therapy lasts much longer, plus you have the exercises to do if it ever comes back.
The best exercise I found is to lie on your back with your knees up. Raise your back up and down slowly, like a bridge and collapse. Do it about 30 times every day. It stretches the lower back muscle and really helps.
