Equal parts teriyaki sauce, ketchup and brown sugar (I usually do 2 tbs each for 4 slices).
Bake 425 for 22-25 minutes.

I happen to think that soy flavors enhance the fishy taste especially when served the next day..
I opt for fresh and acidic like lemon, garlic , herbs

I know two non-fish eaters. NOTHING can get them to eat fish. (One is my daughter).
What is your goal here? To make a 'more yummy fish so they will eat it?' To convert them to liking fish?
IMHO, I suggest you make something you and the other fish eaters will like.

You can use ketchup instead of mustard if you're not a honey mustard fan. |
Thank you!

Thank you everyone - I'm guessing a teriyaki sauce will be a strong enough flavor, will try that.

I'm not a big fish-eater myself but I'll eat it if you cook it!
This is for those that will happily taste to see if they'll like it, myself included.

That's great! The two non-fish eaters I know (my daughter as well as a friend of mine) not only will NOT eat fish, but they both make faces and remarks. My daughter even finds excuses to leave the table. Weirdly enough, she is not allergic, BH!

It’s very fattening though, lots of oil, lots of sugar.
I make salmon, coat salmon with a mix of ketchup, low fat mayo and lots of spices, then dip into corn flake crumbs and bake. It’s yummy.

Does anyone have a suggestion for what to bake this on? I just tried it and all that happened was the almonds started to burn (and the soyaki that was pooled around the fish burned).

For me, adding lemon juice to any recipe will kill the fish taste for salmon. But it still has a stronger taste, which people who don't like fish might just never come to like.
Why not try a white fish, like cod, or sole? Those have a much more delicate flavor.
Otherwise, I just dump either honey-mustard (and lemon juice) or teriyaki sauce (and lemon juice) on top of the salmon, broil for 10 minutes, then bake for 15.
For myself, I usually just do with dill and tarragon, but that lets me taste the salmon flavor more.
