1 cup peanut butter
1 cup honey
Melt in double boiler
You can add 7 oz dark chocolate if you like
Remove from heat and add 3.5 to 4.5 cups rice crispies and mix.

Thank you! Does this fit a 9x13 pan?

More options:
- Corn Flakes instead of Rice Crispies
- Spread the melted chocolate on top once it's in the pan

I mix 1 cup peanut butter and 1 cup honey in a 9x13, stick it in the oven for a few minutes to melt it, then mix in 6-7 cups rice crispies and smooth it out. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top and put it back in the oven for 2 minutes, then spread the chocolate with the back of a spoon. Comes out yum and no need to dirty a pot!
