Can you post main dish ideas (meat, or perhaps veal or lamb or extra delicious chicken) for yom tov? I want to cook and freeze.
Easy ideas please, and delicious! Thank you.

I know! My first thought also when I saw this. What’s with all these threads lately? Must be the heat getting to people…

(Potato/ ha’adama; yes the kids love it here too; no I am not cooking for Sukkos yet; haven’t searched imamother for the best honey cake recipe)

Make your roasts, Prep chicken, bake challahs, dessert and soups.

Then all you have to do is add salads, sides and dips to your meals.

Do you have recipes that you can share for flanken and capons?

I’d also love a foolproof freezeable flanken roast recipe. Does that exist?

For rosh hashana
Honey glazed brisket original recipe is for corn beef
Breaded Chicken roll ups filled with sweet potato inside, prepare raw & bake before yom tov

Club steaks with balsamic vinegar & shallots for sukkos
Pepper steak

pickled chuck eye roast
Chinese garlic chicken with broccoli
Sesame chicken
stuffed cabbage

Taco meat in mini taco shells for appetizer
stuffed pasta shells with pastrami & duck sauce for appetizer
London broil salad for appetizer
deli roll
Fried Chicken wontons over salad for appetizer
Could prepare wontons raw & fry before serving.
Wontons with garlic sauce for appetizer

These are some ideas. I don't know yet what I am making. I only put butternut squash soup in freezer & next thing I want to make is challah-apple kugel

Pastrami capons:
https://overtimecook.com/2012/.....pons/

Kishke capons: defrost a loaf of kishke. Stuff in capons. Pour duck sauce and sprinkle paprika and parsley. Bake.

Remind me later about the flanken.
