Can I use raw salmon that’s in the fridge for two days?? How long can salmon stay in the fridge?

Today would be the last day I would cook it. If it's smells terrible or the package is puffed up, don't use it.

If it smells okay, it is safe to eat after cooking. Two days is not that long for fish if it has been kept properly refrigerated.
If you can't eat it tonight, I would poach it and then serve it cold. Cold poached salmon with a sauce on the side is delicious and cooking it will keep it safe for a few more days.
