I know that different foods can be triggers for different people, but I would appreciate any recipes for salads and dressings that are usually okay for someone who has reflux. TIA!

It's very individual. For example, some reflux sufferers are fine with lemon juice or vinegar and others suffer from it.
What are this person's triggers? High fat? Acid?

ty, generally high fat & acid, although s little olive oil os okay

I have a problem with peppers onions and sometimes the greens
No matter what dressing
I do better with sweet dressing with low acid
Like nish nosh dressing
Mustard mayo oil soy sauce sugar salt pepper

If it's a ph imbalance lemon should help and vinegar would make it worse
