[quote="smile12345"]Can you post the recipe for salmon in lemon sauce?

Thanks![/

For a big fish: 10 spoons olive oil, 10 spoons lemon juice, 10 spoons white wine and one and a half spoon mustard. Salt, pepper, a bit garlic. Shake well and pour over fish, bake open half an hour. I put less oil though.

I never heard of a maple chicken dish - sounds intriguing. Can you please post or link the recipe you use?

And what is your favorite recipe for mushroom soup?

Thanks a ton!

Season bone in chicken very well with onion and salt. Nestle apple pieces between chicken pieces. Mix together 1 part Italian dressing and 1.5 parts pure maple syrup; pour over chicken and bake at 375 for 1 hours and 15 minutes. Baste halfway through or else raise to broil for 3 minutes at the end of baking.

Mushroom barley soup: Saute 1 large diced onion and 2-3 minced garlic cloves until translucent. Add and saute two 8 oz boxes of sliced mushrooms. Brown some slivers of meat.
Add 2/3 cup barley and 3 Tbsp flour. Mix until incorporated.
Add 8 cups water, 2 bay leaves, 2 Tbsp salt and some pepper. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer, let cook 1 1/2 hours with lid mostly on.

What is “bone in chicken”? I don’t understand.

Thanks so much for writing it all out!
