Garlicky pastrami potatoes:
3 pounds baby potatoes sliced
One large onion sautéd
2 T Oil
6 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper
Package Pastrami cut into cubes

Toss potatoes in ingredients besides for pastrami. Bake on 400 covered for 1 hour. Add the pastrami and bake 30 minutes uncovered. Sprinkle with fresh minced parsley.

It’s from the bais Yakov cookbook, I just add sauted onion and they tell u to add a raw onion cubes.

Sticky garlicky green beans

sauté the green beans for a few minutes in a pan with a little bit of oil. Remove from pan when bright green or if you prefer, when slightly shriveled.

Add crushed garlic, drop of salt. Drizzle honey.

Delicious hot!

Last night for the kids, very few kids at home, frozen chicken nuggets. For me, a poke bowl with roasted butternut squash, avocado, quinoa, and spiced chickpeas.

Tonight, I'm buying lachmajin.
