Yesterday's was delicious and easy- baked chicken (sauce equal parts honey, mustard and ketchup) and cubed potatoes and sweet potatoes, then added broccoli later.
Today I had no energy to cook so threw in French fries and the kids helped themselves to ice cream after school. Ok I did cut up an orange into wedges and opened a can of pineapple but I don't think they looked at it...
If someone wants they can have peanut butter on bread or rice cakes...
(Even with yesterday's full cooked supper one child opted out of eating anyway! So I don't feel too bad about today!)
Kids: bean chili and tacos, mushroom barley soup, hash browns
Me: (dh says he isnt hungry even though I made a full supper tonight....oh well)
Burgers, salad, hash browns.
Beef and couscous from Dinner Done
This Pfizer thing is seriously abusing my body right now, so we’ll see if I actually end up making it looks really good!
It’s from the beis yaakov cookbook. Best, quickest main for a dairy meal. I leave out the onions because my kids don't like them.
I might try this for tonight- thanks
We’ve been getting so many boxes of potato blintzes in the food boxes. No one wants potato blintzes here. Maybe they’ll eat this!
