Take salmon, smear on duck sauce, pour cornflake crumbs on top?

Marinate for at least a half hour in a mixture of honey and mustard, then dip in crumbs.

Ketchup, mayonaise and some garlic powder (or other spices that you like) mixed together
Smear onto salmon then put on cornflake crumbs and bake
