It's yum! I put a little olive oil on the fish then spread a thin layer of pesto and sprinkle some salt.
It's great as a Shabbos day appetizer because it's good room temp too.

estee kafra (the binah cookbook author) says she only does it on white fish, she doesn't like it on salmon.
try at your own risk! ;-)

Yom Tov or for a simcha ask the fish man to cut strips from reg. Salmon not baby roll into shape of a rose u get about p 3 strips per slice looks and tastes special. Will give you two easy del. Recipes. Half cup lem. J half cup vinegar one cup sugar 3/4 c craisins 6 bay leaves half c water 3 tsp. salt boil on flame few min pour on top cover bake on 350 40 min. Next recipe: 1 1/4 cup wine one onion sliced little water cook 20 min. Cool pour off liquids po ur ohn top 1 cup ketchup half c vineg. Half c mayo. Half c sugar some garlic powder one purple onion sliced some pickling spices put in cloth

I made it! and it was fabulous!!
I made parsley pesto,bc I thght I bought basil, but alas it was parsley.
so I blended parsley, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
poured over salmon, and baked.
my dh asked for seconds, and he claims to despise salmon
