I'd like to try making homemade fish, but quantity is very large. Can I frezze the batter?

yes, raw you can definitely freeze it. I want to know if I can freeze it after its cooked already.

I've frozen it after it's cooked and it doesn't taste nearly as good, so now when I need to freeze leftovers, I defrost it in the oven with some kind of sauce on it and it tastes great.

We happen to like it frozen after cooking, despite the fact that it was previously frozen (raw). I heat it up with tomato sauce or pesto.

Of course you can and should freeze the raw loaves.
