green olives: blend together 1 can pitted olives, mayonnaise, and 3 garlic cloves

black olives: blend together 1 can pitted olives, and 3 cloves garlic. Stream in 1/3 - 1/2 cup olive oil

(do not add salt to any olive dips!)

I like to use the stuffed (green) olives, the jalepenos add color to the dip.

Ohhh, I have an easy and YUMMY one!

Take a large jar of green olives (with or w/o pimentos) and rinse it off with water to remove some salt. Throw it in the Cuisinart with a bunch of (checked) cilantro and about 1/2 cup of mayo. Enjoy!

I have the easiest, yummiest, fastest recipe:
Pour a jar of pimento stuffed green olives (without the liquid) in a food processor. Add a big glop of mayo (more or less depending on your taste) Process. Taste. Yum!

Does anyone know if you can freeze olive dip?

You can just process a can of olives with a little of the brine and a few garlic cloves. (We add a little olive oil, too.)
It was yum.

I would guess that freezing this would change the texture. I would not freeze an olive dip that contains mayonnaise.
