Chicken Marsala
1 package of chicken cutlets dipped in flour
1 onion chopped
1 box of mushroom sliced
1 clove garlic chopped
1/2 chicken soup mix (which I thought was too much)
1/4 cup of marsala wine
salt and pepper to taste
fry the cutlets in some oil for 3 - 4 minutes on each side then place on a plate.
in the same pan fry the onion till transuclent and add mushrooms and garlic for another few minutes.
next add chicken soup mix, wine and spices. Mix it all together and let it come to a quick boil
Lower the flame and add the cutlets back into the pan for another 20 minutes uncovered.
Garlic Pasta
1 package of angel hair pasta
9 cloves of garlic chopped small
5 tbsp oil
5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp parsely flakes
salt and pepper to taste
cook pasta according to box directions. Heat the oil in a small pot and add the garlic , keep a close eye to make sure it doesnt burn. It needs like 1 minute on a high flame. Add to the pasta with the rest of ingredients can be served warm, or cold.

Just wanted to share a relatively simple and yummy dinner recipe I made last night:
Lemon Chicken
• Chicken cutlets (I used 2 large chicken breasts) cut into smallish pieces (doesn’t have to be bite size)
• Dredge cutlets into seasoned flour (salt, pepper- I shook it all in a plastic bag)
• Chop 1 onion and sauté in skillet with a little bit of oil (I used a nonstick frying pan)
• Add cutlets to sautéed onion and ‘fry’ a little on both sides
• Add 1 cup of chicken stock- ( I used about one tbsp of chicken soup mix to 1 Cup of water)
• Slice one lemon and place over chicken
• Cover and simmer for ½ hour – you can serve over rice
• Enjoy! (I hope)

Sorry, I just saw this now.
Chicken Lollipops
• 1.5 lbs. chicken cutlets, thinned, then cut into long strips
• ½ cup soy sauce
• ½ cup sugar
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• long wooden skewers
Whisk together soy sauce, sugar and garlic in a small bowl. Place chicken strips and marinade mixture in a large Ziploc bag. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
Thread each strip of chicken through a skewer. Reserve leftover marinade.
Grill chicken lollypops on barbeque grill.
Optional: place the reserved marinade in a small saucepan, bring to a boil, and then serve on the side in little cups, as a dipping sauce.
I posted the recipes for the black and white rice balls, and the sticky rice somewhere on this thread. I will look through it and let you know which pages they are on.

(I really like it from the barbeque grill though.)
