sure! I dunno how good it is though cuz it's my first time serving it. I'm basing it off a recipe I saw in KBD short on time.
in small clear cups, layer the following ingredients:
mashed beans (canned)
tofutti sour cream
salsa
corn
guacamole (I buy the ready-made packets)
stick in a few triangular tortilla chips and viola!

I don't have white wine vinegar...you think I could mix white wine and regular vinegar?
I'm thinking of making this instead of boring corn salad... |
So did you make it with the wine/vinegar mix? I'm curious to know how it worked out if you tried it.

Didn't get to try because there was no time to get green beans. Looking forward to trying this sometime soon!

CM that broiled pears sounds awesome! I hope the recipe is good cause I'd love to try it here!!
------
Homemade spelt challah
Edamame salad
Fresh green vegetable & tuna salad
Homemade babaganoush
Homemade chummus
--------------------------
Chicken soup with vegetables & aduki beans
--------------------------
Baked chicken with roasted veggies (trying to think of a good sauce)
Lokshen kugel
Cholent with pumpkin instead of potatoes
--------------------------
Homemade banana bread
Homemade coconut & berry muffins
Why did I never think of this before? Everyone must already do this, and I only just had the
go on. I put the dough for the challah rolls into my muffin pan! Easy and the perfect size!
*Disclaimer as before, for the sake of truth: I may or may not at any given time make all of this menu. There may be substitutions, additions, or subtractions based on time, personal requests and availability of ingredients.*

Sure! I'll post it again
spinach dip
• 1 lb. frozen spinach, partially defrosted
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise (you can add a bit more if you like)
• salt to taste
Process partially defrosted spinach, mayo and garlic in blender. Season with salt to taste. (Spinach needs a lot of salt.) Process again for a second to mix salt.

If you won't be using a food processor, it would be best to totally defrost the spinach, and then just mix it with mayo, minced garlic, and salt to combine.
(I really didn't mind posting again. I just copied and pasted it from desktop.)
