Cook about a pound of green beans in salted, boiling water for 4-5 minutes (till crisp but tender.) Drain immediately and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Pat cooled-off beans dry.

Toast two tablespoons of sesame seeds.

3 T. olive oil
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 T. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Whisk dressing ingredients, add to beans along with sesame seeds.

The dressing should be enough for 1.5 pounds of green beans, since that's what the recipe originally calls for. I can't use so many beans, but I find that if I cut the recipe, it doesn't taste right and isn't always enough.

Thanks so much.
I don't have white wine vinegar...you think I could mix white wine and regular vinegar?
I'm thinking of making this instead of boring corn salad...
