Pickled Veggie Dip (so good)

Can you share the recipe please?

Yes!
You need to buy a jar of pickled vegetables. You know the jars that have peppers, cauliflowers, onions, olives and carrots in a white vinegar sauce? That's what you need. Drain the liquid from the jar and puree the veggies (you can leave a little bit of chunkiness if you like!). Then add a dollop of mayonnaise (not much) and stir. Taste and decide if you need a little more mayo...That's it!

It's simple and very low fat and low cal (if you don't overdo it with the mayo!)

Put the peppers in the broiler till the skin is charred.
Peel the peppers.
Slice into thin strips.
Season with oil, salt, and fresh minced garlic. Zehu. Delish and simple.

I guess I read pickled veggie salad. I didn't realize it was a dip.
I have these fond memories of this pickled salad that we used to buy years ago. It had raw cauliflower, celery, purple kalamata olives, olive oil, a ton of salt... It was so good and I am desperate to figure out how it's made.
Any idea ladies?

Does your oven actually have a broil setting? My oven which is from here in Israel doesn't really broil. So I just put things in on the highest temp. Do u think that'll work?

Yea, mine has a broil setting.
Put it on the hottest setting and put the oven tray as high up as you can.

With the chocolate popcorn, do you put the cocoa, water and margarine in the pot to melt and then add the sugar and honey?
