I posted this somewhere on this site before-
Here is a super easy pie recipe that I can think of off the top of my head- VERY easy desert and tastes delicious- you can be very flexible with the measurements.

Lemon Pie

small whip
anywhere between a half and a whole can of lemon pie filling (I think they come in 21 oz?)
1/4 container marshmellow fluff
pie crust

Whip up the whip. Add lemon pie filling and marshmellow fluff to whip and continue to whip. Pour into pie crust and freeze.

make chocolate pudding put it in the pie crust and put whip cream on top-you can either freeze it or serve it like that.

or you can make a peanut butter pie
just take a couple table spoons of peanut butter and stick it in the microwave for a couple seconds to soften it then spread it on the bottom of the crust. Than drizzle chocolate syrup over the peanut butter.
Make some instant vanilla pudding (a packet + 1 C of parve milk or soymilk) and pour it over the peanut butter. Drizzle some more chocolate syrup over the pudding and freeze it until it hardens. Than spread some whip cream on top, sprinkle some chocolate shavings or any other topping over the whip cream and freeze it again.
Take it out sometime before you serve it so it softens and is easy to cut through.

I use it to make apple pie. I use two baking/cooking apples and 2 sour green apples. I slice them thinly and do one layer of one apple then sprinkle with a little sugar and cinnamon and then layer the other type and the same, till all four layers or on. Then I make a simple crumble with margarine and sugar and flour and a bit of cinnamon. (if you want the exact recipe for the crumble, let me know and I'll check my recipe when I get home). Bake till done. Yum!!!

Easiest recipe ever:

Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Pie
Mix one 16 oz whip with 10-15 crushed choc sandwich cookies. mix with a spoon. NOt a mixer.
Pour in crust.
Freeze

Blueberry pie
Pour one can blueberry pie filling into a graham cracker crust.
Make a crumb topping - like you would for an apple cobbler. Pour on top.
bake until crumbs are cooked.

If you want a really easy and delicious recipe, try this. Buy the ready made Baker's Choice custard, fill up the pie shell and decorate it with fruit like blueberries, nectarines and/or peaches...
I use the shell for lemon mirangue pie but that involves too many dirty dishes for the likes of Shabbos Hagodol....
