Can anyone help me with my night routine? I was bh blessed to have a family or boys, I don't really give them major chores during the week....they watch the baby, and I make sure they clear their dinner plates....
So I have:
15 year old
12 year old
8 year old
7 year old
2 year old

So my 7-8 come home the same time (4ish)
My 12 year old comes home 6:30
My hub comes home bet 6:30-7 but he doesn't want me to serve him supper he wants to take alone. Sometimes I sit with him and sometimes not...he can help with bedtime but it's no guarantee (like today)
15 year old walks in 7:30

My 15 year old eats and goes to sleep. My 8 year old falls asleep fast, I start bedtime at 7-7:30 depending if he needs a bath...

I feel like I'm running between bedtime and suppertime...my 7 year old is still up, and my 12 year old as well....they had something important to ask me while putting my 2 year to sleep...so now I'm up with 3 kids...a sink full of dishes and one tired mama!

So help me make a schedule....

I don’t really have an answer but I have the same thing . I’m already giving my baby and 3 year old baths at 530, but that’s when my son comes home and wants to eat …. Sometimes he’ll take himself but I feel bad, I should be down there greeting him … but I can’t push off those baths, they need to be in by 6/630…. And then my husband wants to eat when I’m bathing my 5 year old ….at least we get a lot of exercise going up and down those steps 100 times !
Your post is a little confusing though for me to help with a schedule . I’m not sure when everyone’s eating and when everyone bathing/ being put to bed
