Mine goes to bed around 8 and wakes up around 6-7ish. She wakes up to nurse every night around 2. I’m almost sure it’s out of habit and she would survive just fine without that feed but I’m sure she really is hungry around then since she’s used to eating at that time plus she goes back to sleep right away after nursing so I really don’t mind feeding her. Others that I know make it seem like it’s not necessary to night feed a baby her age during the night.
I know plenty of people do nurse theirs still at this age so please let me know if you have a baby this age if you’re still feeding them in the night and how often. Just so I won’t feel alone in doing so and I won’t question if it’s the normal thing to keep doing.
And when do you start trying to wean from all night feeds? Is there a certain point that it becomes harder if you wait too long?

Goes to sleep at 8, usually wakes at 2 & then at 5ish again. Wakes for the day at 7:30-8:00.
I don't try to stop night feeds before a year old at least.

I give a formula bottle for the bedtime feed. Maybe that helps baby sleep longer.

Every 3 hrs.
Giving formula before bed didn't make any difference.
Some babies can manage a night somewhere can't

That sounds normal. A big stretch at night, 4-6hrs, then a normal stretch.
This is generally when I move them out of my room.

My daughter is 15 months. Goes to sleep 8. Wakes up 3 to breastfeed. Wakes up 7-8am...but some nights she's up every 2 hours and when I try pushing her a pacifier she refuses and cries even more...so I breastfeed her.

Thanks everyone!
This makes me feel better. My others all were sleeping through the night at this point with no feeds so I haven’t had experience night feeding a baby this old and it’s confusing when other people are giving their input and sleep advice…. Some people make it sound like it’s actually almost wrong or not normal to be feeding a baby this age in the middle of the night. 🤷♀️

That’s so normal to wake up then. Only once a night? That’s very little.

My baby is 5.5 months.
Definitely wakes up minimum once a night..sometimes 2 or 3 times a night.
It's very normal.
If you want, you can try dream feeding your baby right before you go to sleep, and then she might stop waking up at 2 am for the feed.

Ive had every two hrs at that age and ive had babys sleeping through night at that point.
Babys set rhythm and naturally fall into a sleep schedule

Baby goes to sleep at 830 and usually wakes up twice. Once between 2 and 3 and once between 5 and 7. Once in a while Baby will skip first feeding and only wake up 5-6ish.
All that said, Baby woke up shrieking 30 minutes after falling asleep EVERY SINGLE NIGHT this week. I think DC is teething grrrr
