if you are invited to a subsidized sale that you are eligible for based on location and income level, are you allowed to buy a gift for someone else from there? ie lets say its a baby clothing sale can I buy a gift for my sister who lives in a different location - its still benefiting me as opposed to her as I am saving money on buying a gift. any idea if this would be allowed or if it is the wrong thing to do?
