Most people around me that use double strollers have the Baby Monster.
The best thing to do is go down to a big baby gear store (like Motzetzim or Shilav) and see what they have and then you can decide what fits your needs the best.

Every stroller has pros and cons
Factors to consider:
Width (a very wide double like the bugaboo donkey can be difficult to navigate through narrow aisles, or even narrow sidewalks)
Weight
Versatility for different stages- how wide and comfortable are the seats (can you put a newborn in safely/can a 3 year old fit comfortabl)
The comfort of the push and wheels.
Underneath basket- how much weight can it hold and what are your goals (grocery bags or just a diaper bag)
The most popular are the Baby Monster, Valcobaby, Monster Buggy, Bugaboo Donkey, CityMini
Each have pros and cons, you need to knowwhat it important for your lifestyle

I hated my bugaboo donkey. The push was great but it was a nightmare trying to get into the narrow elevators and the aisles in the makolet. It also took up the entire sidewalk!
Look into the Mountain Buggy, Baby Monster, City Mini, and the Valco. Choose which is best for your lifestyle (I.e. size of children, basket accessibility etc.)
