Here for a few days and didn’t come prepared with gifts for relatives.
Going to meet nieces and nephews today. I need to show up with something.
All different ages between 2-17
Boys and girls
Charedi family
What can I bring that would make them happy?
I passed my a shekel store but it’s probably boring for them. I know my kids wouldn’t be too excited with things from the dollar store in the USA….
I’ll be in geula soon…
Please give me some ideas!

Israeli kids will be very happy with things from shekel store, just make sure it’s age appropriate. You can also just buy some games, ask the shopkeeper what’s appropriate for their ages.

An Israeli 17 year old and any teen or preteen will not be happy with junk from a shekel store.

Only very young ones.
There is this misconception that all Israelis are very unmaterialistic, unspoiled and will appreciate any shmontse a "rich" chutznik will give them. This may be true in certain areas but from what I can see it is certainly not the norm. The kids I know including my own have standards. Materialism is alive and well.

You could get personalized trinkets from the wood store in Meah Shearim. The store that's further in sells ear pods which is great for teens.

Money. I give my nieces and nephews money. Then they can buy what they want. Change the dollars into shekels.
100$ is about 360 shekels.
