Are baggy pants in style for boys? Not talking really dramatic but lose material with folded at the bottom or elastic. I want to buy pants for Cheder.
Also, what should I get for a just turned 4 year old boy for Shabbos?

Where are you? In Lakewood, no. I would do lil legs pants for shabbos for that age.

No slim fit is still in style.
My son is 5 and for yontif he has one outfit that is a houndstooth sweater, one is a cream turtleneck with green velvet double breasted velour jacket and one outfit is a white shirt with a black sweater jacket. All of them with black slim fit dress pants.

Pants for cheder, no elastic bottom but roll up is ok. Skinny chinos from children's place or old navy are popular options.
For shabbos most kids wear a round neck sweater with dress pants in skinny- ish fit.
